North Carolina #11 Area Stars Orange went 2-0 in pool play, scoring a 14-2 win over South Carolina #3 Coastal Bombers and a 15-1 win over NSA. The Coastal Bombers topped Jefferson (SC) 15-4 in their other pool play game. South Carolina #6 Southern Impact went 2-0 in pool play on Saturday, notching a 15-11 win over Jefferson and a 16-1 win over Leland Lugnuts White. In the Gold bracket semifinals on Sunday, Area Stars scored a 17-5 win over Leland Lugnuts white and the Coastal Bombers notched a 13-10 win over Southern Impact. In the finals, the Area Stars edged past the Coastal Bombers 14-13 to take the 8u crown in Myrtle Beach.

The North Myrtle Beach Braves earned the top seed in pool play after scoring a 12-4 win the Cape Fear Cougars and a 12-5 win over the Whiteville Wolfpack. NC Coastal Region #5 Leland Lugnuts went 1-1 in pool play with a 12-11 win over Carolina Teal and a 3-2 loss against Rock Solid Red. Rock Solid fell 13-10 against the Coastal Bombers in their other pool play game on Saturday. In the Gold bracket semifinals on Sunday, the Braves notched a 9-1 win over Rock Solid Red and the Leland Lugnuts blanked Rawlings Stars SC 15-0. In the finals, Leland Lugnuts finished off a 3-1 weekend with a 15-3 win over the North Myrtle Beach Braves.

South Carolina #9 Carolina Bruins went 2-0 in pool play and scored the top seed for Sunday after notching an 18-5 win over Rock Solid Blue and a 10-3 win over SC #8 East Coast Snipers - Willoughby. The Snipers topped Berkeley Baseball Club (SC) 5-1 in their other pool play game on Saturday. The Sumter Braves (SC) earned the #2 seed for Sunday with a 10-3 win over Southern Impact and a 17-11 win over Warriors Baseball. In the Gold bracket semifinals on Sunday, East Coast Snipers - Willoughby notched a 14-10 win over the Carolina Bruins and the Sumter Braves scored a 7-3 win over the Elizabethtown Express (NC). In the finals, the Sumter Braves were able to edged past the Snipers with a 12-11 win.

South Carolina #2 East Coast Snipers - Clark/Hill also went 2-0 in pool play, notching a 10-2 win over Spartan Baseball (SC) and a 13-2 win over Rock Solid Blue (NC). The Coastal Lugnuts (NC) went 2-0 in pool play with a 10-0 win over Spartans Baseball and a 6-1 win over the Ogden Hurricanes (NC). The Carolina Havoc (SC) also went 2-0 on Saturday, scoring an 8-0 win over East Coast Snipers - McCarter and an 8-3 win over the Ogden Hurricanes. Southern Impact (SC) also finished 2-0 in pool play with a 14-6 win over Rock Solid Blue and a 10-0 win over the Coastal Cyclones. All 5 undefeated teams made it to the Gold bracket for Sunday. In the #4/5 play-in game, Snipers - Clark rolled to a 10-1 win over Southern Impact. In the semifinals, Canes - Naylor notched a 13-5 win over Carolina Havoc and Snipers - Clark blanked the Coastal Lugnuts 16-0. In the finals, East Coast Snipers - Clark rolled in a matchup of top 10 teams from North and South Carolina, blasting their way to a 14-2 win over Canes Baseball NC - Naylor.

South Carolina #8 Carolina Bomb Squad also went 2-0, scoring a 6-2 win over the Charleston Revolution and a 16-1 win over Carolina Teal. The Wilmington Riptide (NC) went 2-0 in pool play, rolling to a 23-4 win over the Myrtle Beach Heat and a 7-6 win over Turn Two (NC). The East Coast Snipers - McCoy went 2-0 in pool play as well, notching an 11-9 win over the Myrtle Beach Heat and a 13-8 win over Turn Two. In the Gold bracket semifinals on Sunday, Rawlings Stars National topped Snipers - McCoy 6-2 and the Bomb Squad topped the Wilmington Riptide 7-6. In the finals, Rawlings Stars National finished off an impressive weekend with a 5-0 win over the Carolina Bomb Squad. For the weekend, Rawlings Stars National outscored their 4 opponents a combined 31-2.
