Top Gun was able to get in games at a handful of sites on Saturday with the Charleston Shipyard location completing play on Sunday. A number of ranked teams were in action. Here we highlight an excellent weekend of games across the Top Gun tournament sites.

As the coronavirus outbreak cancelled numerous games and events this past weekend, there were still a few games and events that took place. Here we highlight and recap those games at the USSSA sites around the state.

A handful of ranked teams and several looking to break into rankings were in action this past weekend at the Clemmons and Oxford NCGameOn sites. 12u #7 Rockies/GRIT – Culler was impressive in Clemmons with two top 15 wins to highlight their 4-0 weekend. The early spring season continues to heat up, and dozens of teams were in action at the Top Gun sites across the state. The 12u age group in the Triangle Region saw our first match up of a #1 and #2 team with Rawlings Prospects NC and Canes Baseball NC – Foster going head-to-head for a title. There were several matchups of ranked teams in North Carolina at the USSSA sites this weekend, with two #1’s in action (9u #1 SBA Rowan and 11u #1 SBA Futures). The 11u Futures took home the 12u title playing up this weekend. Here we highlight the weekend of games at the USSSA sites.
