Instant Analysis

This one was a bit of a surprise, as Hit Doctor posted a 7-0 record on their way to the D1 title. Prior to this weekend, Hit Doctor had posted a 17-11-1 record this spring, and not yet found consistent success against the best teams in Virginia in North Carolina. This weekend, they demonstrated they should be considered one of the better teams in the regions with multiple wins over ranked teams. Closer to home in North Carolina, Dirtbags East continues to be somewhat enigmatic, moving to 17-9 for the spring with a 4-3 weekend and a run to the title game. It was a disappointing weekend for the Carolina Rage, who had moved all the way up to #9 in our latest rankings before going 0-5 this past weekend in Rocky Mount.
