DPC Academy will be hosting off-season winter workouts for ages 7-14 years old. The groups will be broken into age groups and anyone is welcome to register.

What you get
2 workout sessions per week on Mondays and Thursdays
Sessions are 2 hours in length
A total of 23 sessions over 3 months!!

Speed and agility workouts
Age-appropriate strength and conditioning workouts
Hitting workouts
Throwing program (stars mid-January)
All workouts are led by professional coaches and instructors
Cost
$550 for the entire program (~$23 per session)
