Who We Are: The Performance Academy

We believe that athletes deserve to reach their full potential. Our qualified staff has competed at the highest levels, from collegiate to professional, and know what it takes to help you reach your goals. Each TPA athlete is unique and our staff meets them right where they are – and takes them to the next level. We take pride in breaking barriers and seeing athletes succeed by getting the results they want.

What We Offer:

The Performance Academy offers private individualized hitting, pitching, catching and fielding lessons to baseball and softball players taught by former collegiate athletes and current professional ball players.

Additionally, the Performance Academy offers Sports Performance training led by our Director of Sports Performance Damien Decatur BS CSCS XPS. The Performance Academy offers classes focused on speed and strength training as well individual training.

TPA is also proud to offer our newest service, mobility training! Our mobility classes and individual sessions are led by Emma Schmid CSCS XFS. Emma has done mobility classes with over a dozen professional baseball players!

The Performance Academy is also proud to offer travel baseball and softball teams. These teams travel across the East Coast and North Carolina to different baseball tournaments and have become one of the premier travel programs in the state of North Carolina. TPA has baseball teams from 11u-18u and 12u, 14u, 16u and 18u teams for our softball program.
