Some of the best teams in the Southeast, including multiple top 3 teams such as NC 9u #1 SBA Futures, SC 10u #1 Team 24 Gamecocks - Ashley, NC 13u #1 Dirtbags MVP, NC 10u #2 SBA Nationals, and 9u #3 LBC Vipers, will all be getting their spring seasons started this weekend at the USSSA sites in action. In addition, several other ranked teams will also be in the fields which should make for some outstanding baseball.

The 9u age group in Charlotte should be exciting to watch with several ranked teams in action. NC #3 LBC Vipers will look to get their spring started in the right way as they take on the Carolina Reds (SC) and the Gastonia Raptors on Saturday, and follow that up with a big game against NC #6 Triple Crown Lookouts and a game against the Carolina Sundevils, another new team this spring, on Sunday. The Lookouts will goagainst Mission Vipers - Bray and the SBA Nationals on Saturday, in addition to the Vipers and Carolina Reds on Sunday.
NC 9u #1 SBA Futures will play up in the 10u age group this weekend and face off against the 10u Carolina Reds (SC) and 10u Mountain Region #4 Athlete's Lab Crushers on Saturday. On Sunday, the 9u Futures are set to take on WCWAA and 10u Mountain Region #5 Venom Stars.
Triad Region #4 NC Rogue will start their spring this weekend in Greensboro. They'll take on GBC in double-headers on both Saturday and Sunday.

The 10u age group in Charlotte will feature 2 10u top 10 teams in addition to the top 9u team in North Carolina. 10u #2 SBA Nationals is scheduled to go against the Carolina Reds (SC) and Athlete's Lab Crushers on Saturday. #7 Carolina Blue will take on Mission Vipers Gold and the SBA Generals in their two games on Saturday. On Sunday, SBA Nationals and Carolina Blue will face off in what should be a great early season game. In addition, the Nationals will go against Mission Vipers Gold while Carolina Blue will take on the Mission Vipers Blue in their other games on Sunday.
