18 ranked teams from North Carolina as well as one ranked team from South Carolina will take the field this weekend across the Top Gun sites. 3 of the top 10 and 6 of the top 20 11u teams will be in action, including #2 Canes Baseball NC - Gilchrist, who will look to start their run for the top spot in the 11u age group.

8u #11 Dry Pond will start their spring 2019 season this weekend in the Saturday event in Concord. They'll take on the Carolina Spinners and the Harrisburg Kings in their two games on Saturday.

NC #2 Dirtbags Black will be in action this weekend in Knightdale. They are coming off an impressive 24-1 record this past fall and will take on the Carolina Freedom and the Garner Generals in their two pool play games on Saturday. NC #16 Youngsville Phantoms will also get their spring season started this weekend and will face the RBI Raptors and Rocky Mount Marshals 2028 in pool play.
In Goldboro, 9u #7 Canes Baseball NC - Harris will play in the 10u age group and be up against the Down East Mariners and Diamond Life Atheltics in pool play on Saturday.
12 9u teams will compete at the Charlotte Top Gun site this weekend. Included in those 12 teams are SC #8 Titans Baseball as well as NC #3 LBC Vipers and #17 Union County Crush - Gadd. Titans Baseball will take on the Gastonia Ducks and UCLA Cubs in their pool play games. The Vipers have scheduled pool play games against Legacy Baseball (SC) and Union County Crush - Gadd. Crush - Gadd will take on LBC Lightning in their other pool play game on Saturday.

NC #10 Rock Solid Red will go up against the Garner Royals and NC #15 Wilson Reds in pool play this weekend in Knightdale. The Reds will face Carolina Rampage Baseball in their other pool play game on Saturday.
#5 Dirtbags Black will be playing up in the 11u age group in Goldsboro this weekend. They are scheduled to face off against the Garner Generals and OC Sluggers Blue in their pool play games on Saturday.
#20 OTK will be in the 12-team 10u field in Charlotte this weekend. They will take on the Stanley Blue Devils and the Gastonia Raptors in their pool play games.

NC #2 Canes Baseball NC - Gilchrist and #4 Rawlings Prospects NC will both play up in the 12u age group in Knightdale this weekend. The Canes will start their run to the #1 spot in NC in the 11u age group with games against the 12u Dirt Devils and 12u Team Ghost. The Prospects will start their spring against the same two teams, the Dirt Devils and Team Ghost, on Saturday.
The 7-team 11u Open Division in Goldsboro should be an interesting one to watch this weekend. #16 Carolina Titans - Ambrose will open up the spring 2019 season with games against Team Premier and the PC Dynamite in pool play on Saturday. Coastal Region #5 Bomb Squad is also in this field and will also take on Team Premier and the PC Dynamite in pool play.
11u #7 Dirtbags East, owners of a 28-5 record in the fall of 2018, will play up in the 12u age group in Snow Hill this weekend. They are matched up against 12u Carolina Rage - Red and 12u Carolina Titans in pool play on Saturday.
#15 Copperheads - Snell/Heis will take part in the 16-team 11u field in Charlotte this weekend. They'll take on the Davie White Sox and DSB Carolina Bullfrogs in their pool play games on Saturday. In addition to the Copperheads, the Belmont Bandits will be back in action in this weekend. The Bandits finished 10th in our final 2017-2018 10u rankings, but don't play fall baseball and thus haven't made an appearance in our 11u rankings thus far. They'll look to show they belong this weekend, and are matched up against Team 24 Gamecocks - Comer (SC) and DUBS Baseball in pool play.
#18 Carolina Spinners will take part in the Saturday event in Concord this weekend. They are scheduled to face Aces -Hartsell and the Mooresville Biscuits in their two games on Saturday.
