Some changes to the site

We've had a great time running the site over the past two years. We've learned a lot about travel baseball in the state of North Carolina and around the region, and had some great interactions with many folks who are interested in this sport just like we are. We've been able to expand the site and try to provide coverage to many aspects of youth baseball around the region, but we haven't been able to be as consistent as we'd like and are thinking of making some changes to the site.

As many have surely noticed, our ability to consistently produce content such as recaps, previews, rankings updates, and other posts of interests has varied - although it has been trending downward. As you might also imagine, life gets in the way sometimes, and our life has become increasingly busy. Time available for the site, which we consider to be a hobby, has therefore dwindled.

We'd like to be able to offer more regular content because we think people are generally interested in it, and because we do feel it helps the travel baseball community at large. In order to do that, however, we are going to be asking for help. What we are interested in is enlisting the help of a few volunteers to help produce more regular content for the readership. The site doesn't generate significant revenue (other than a small amount of ad revenue that essentially covers the cost of the domain registration), so there isn't money involved. If, at some point, the site does begin generating some revenue, we're open to distributing equity, but we aren't too concerned with that at this time.

Perhaps this assistance comes in the form of regional folks who can help us cover specific regions, or age group-specific contributors who focus on one age group. We aren't really sure of the best way forward, but are open to suggestions. If you are interested, feel free to reach out to us and we can discuss involvement. You can do it anonymously or not, whichever you prefer.
