Triangle Region #5 NCDB Rivercats finished 1-1 in pool play with a 10-9 loss against Dirtbags East and an 18-0 win over the Virginia Squires. Dirtbags East finished 2-0 in pool play with a 17-1 win over the Carolina Thunder in addition to their win over the Rivercats. The Squires topped the Thunder 11-4 in their other pool play game on Saturday. In the semifinals on Sunday, the Rivercats rolled to a 15-3 win over the Squires while Dirtbags East doubled up on the Thunder 20-10 to set up a rematch of a 1-run pool play game. In the finals, the Rivercats enacted a bit of revenge, scoring a 10-8 win over Dirtbags East to take home the title in Wake Forest.

#9 NCDB Rivercats opened up pool play in impressive fashion, blasting a 14-3 win over the Riptide and an 18-1 win over #13 Smash Baseball on their way to a 2-0 run through pool play. The Smash scored a 2-1 win over Warriors Baseball in their other pool play game to finish 1-1 on Saturday. The Warriors topped the Riptide 14-7 in the final pool play game on Saturday to finish 1-1 for the day. In the semifinals, the Rivercats edged the Riptide 5-4 and Smash baseball cruised to an 18-9 win over Warriors Baseball. In the finals, Smash got the better of the Rivercats with a 16-6 win to take home the title.

3 teams faced off in a double-round robin event in the 10u D3 division. On Saturday, the Carolina Flash went 2-0 with a 13-4 win over the North Wake Force and a 10-5 win over the Carolina Bandits. The Bandits notched a 9-3 win over the Force in their other game on Saturday. On Sunday, it was the Bandits who went 2-0, scoring a 9-5 win over the Flash and a 12-3 win over the Force. The Flash topped the Force 14-10 in their other game on Sunday.

The NCDB Rivercats -2 went 2-0 on Saturday with a 16-9 win over the DC Vipers and an 11-3 win over NCABC Fungo Elite. Fungo edged the Virginia Squires Navy 9-8 in their other pool play game, while the Squires topped the DC Vipers 6-4 in their other pool play game on Saturday. In the semifinals on Sunday, the Squires topped Fungo 8-4 while NCDB-2 notched a come-from-behind 11-8 win over the Vipers to reach the finals. In the finals, NCDB was able to outlast the Squires for a 15-10 win and a 4-0 weekend.

3 teams faced off in a double-round robin event in the 12u division. The Durham Blues went 2-0 on Saturday with an 8-1 win over the North Wake Shockwave and a 15-3 win over the Carolina Outlaws. The Shockwave scored a 13-2 win over the Outlaws in their other game on Saturday. On Sunday, the Shockwave went 2-0, scoring a 3-2 win over the Outlaws and a 3-2 win over the Durham Blues. The Blues topped the Outlaws 4-0 in their other game on Sunday.
