DPC does hire intern coaches that are High School kids who play on local area High School Teams to be an extra third assistant. DPC believes that children should learn the game of baseball correctly, with no “DADDY BALL” so your child can take baseball to whatever level he would like to achieve by being Disciplined, Persistent and by Competing.
